Refund policy

Because each book is made in small numbers, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

If your book arrives damaged, or is not the book you ordered, please email us at info@tenten-inc.com within 7 days of delivery, with a photo of the book. We will pay the shipping and send a replacement or give you a refund.
