Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from tenten (tenten-inc.jp), an online bookshop run by 白壁 和樹 (スタジオ 展々) in Tokyo, Japan. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders

Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. If a book becomes unavailable after you order, we will tell you by email and give you a full refund.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on each product page. Payment is made when you place your order, using a method shown at checkout.

3. Shipping, duties and taxes

Shipping is explained in our Shipping Policy. Import duties or taxes charged by your country are paid by the customer.

4. Returns

Returns are explained in our Refund Policy.

5. Content

Photos and texts on this site belong to tenten or to the photographers and publishers. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control. Our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute will be handled by the Tokyo District Court.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The version shown on this page at the time of your order applies.

本規約は、白壁 和樹（屋号：スタジオ 展々）が運営するオンライン書店 tenten（tenten-inc.jp）でのご購入に適用されます。ご注文をもって、本規約に同意いただいたものとします。

1. ご注文は、確認メールの送信をもって成立します。ご注文後に在庫がなくなった場合は、メールでお知らせし、全額を返金します。
2. 販売価格は各商品ページに表示します。お支払いはご注文時に、購入手続きの画面に表示される方法で行っていただきます。
3. 配送は配送ポリシーのとおりです。お届け先の国で関税・輸入時の税がかかる場合は、お客様のご負担となります。
4. 返品は返品・返金ポリシーのとおりです。
5. 本サイトの写真・文章は、tenten または写真家・出版社に帰属します。許可なく複製・転用しないでください。
6. 配送業者・税関の事情や、こちらで管理できない出来事による遅延・損害について、責任を負いません。ご注文に関する責任は、お支払いいただいた金額を上限とします。
7. 本規約は日本法に基づきます。紛争が生じた場合は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
8. 本規約は変更することがあります。ご注文時にこのページに表示されている規約が適用されます。
